Eric Lindquist

Edible Richmond test chef Eric Lindquist has run several professional Richmond kitchens including the Country Club of Virginia, Ethyl Corporation and The Boathouse at Sunday Park. Eric has a fondness for bourbon and southern comfort food, and builds recipes around seasonal, local ingredients. He has a degree in restaurant and hotel management from Michigan State University (Go Spartans!) and dreams of one day building a backyard pizza oven.
