Southern Season Cooking Class: Food Photography
Have you ever flipped through pages of Gourmet or Food and Wine magazine and come across a photograph that stopped you cold? Maybe you wondered, "How did they shoot that?" In this class, as a photographer, you will learn how to work with a chef of restaurant to create the shot that will stop the next reader who sees your work. We will explore how to use available natural light and small flash units to create the best shot of the featured food. David Masucci is an accomplished commercial photographer with more than 25 years of experience in still life photography, including editorial food, tabletop, catalog, special events, room sets and on-line photography for a diverse set of clients throughout the United States.
