Labor Day is when we traditionally have a day free from work. What better way to do that than with a relaxing and tasty picnic meal? Chef Laurie is the owner of LB's Classic & Contemporary Cooking, a culinary instruction and catering service. She is a popular chef instructor for The Kitchen At Whittingham's in downtown Fredericksburg, where students have enjoyed her classes and original recipes for over ten years.
