Southern Season Cooking Class: Knife Skills 201
Hone the skills you've already learned with a class that goes beyond the basics. In this hands-on class you will learn how to select the right knife for any particular task, how to de-bone a chicken, truss, trim and carve roast poultry, as well as herb handling techniques. The instructor will demonstrate how to butterfly a pork tenderloin and skin a salmon filet. Feel free to bring your favorite knife, otherwise, one will be provided.
A snack will be provided at the end of class
