Sur La Table: Artisan Pizza on the Grill

Move over hamburgers and hot dogs! In this fun, hands-on class, you'll learn to make piping-hot gourmet pizza right on your own grill. Our instructor will walk you through the steps of preparing dough from scratch and share secrets for forming and grilling it. You'll enjoy working alongside classmates making two uniquely delicious pizzas and using seasonal ingredients to create your own flavor combinations. Then we'll grill our pizzas to perfection and dig in! Once you see how easy and delicious grilled pizza can be, you'll never want to settle for delivery again.
