- 1½ ounces Commonwealth gin
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- 10 mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon pink peppercorns
- 5 ounces strong ginger beer (such as Reed’s or Fever Tree)
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and shake well. Strain into Collins glass, add ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with mint bouquet.
