Moonlight Sour

The Moonlight Sour is a collaboration between bartenders Postbellum Ryan Koontz and Adam Stull. Ryan explains that the pair were going for a twist on a classic New York Sour. The cocktail highlights frothed egg white and blueberry mead. The egg white forms a layer on top of the blueberry mead—some people drink the frothy top layer until they get to the mead, but we opted to stir the drink to balance the sweet and sour notes.
