Pink Gin Mule

Apply a pro tip for this drink: Use large ice cubes and an aggressive shake to thoroughly blend the drink and cut apart the mint leaves.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Serving(s)
  • 1½ ounces Commonwealth gin
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon pink peppercorns
  • 5 ounces strong ginger beer (such as Reed’s or Fever Tree)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and shake well. Strain into Collins glass, add ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with mint bouquet.
