Belle Isle Banshee

Bartender Thomas “T” Leggett feels that moonshine has more flavor than vodka, and created the Belle Isle Banshee to be a “white Manhattan.” It’s a classic cocktail with a Southern twist. Three alcoholic ingredients make up this strong drink: Belle Isle moonshine, Dolin Blanc Vermouth and Becherovka (Czech herbal liqueur). Thomas uses Becherovka instead of bitters to add a little spice.
